VAT
UK VAT is applicable on goods sold in UK and the EU, with the exception of VAT registered companies and individuals, an invoice raised will include the price of the goods plus any additional services i.e., freight charges, then VAT is added at the current rate.
Pricing
Prices are correct at time of publication and may fluctuate.
Stock
Stock levels are correct at time of publication, these may vary depending on seasonal fluctuations and supply chains, lead times may also apply to out of stock or non stock items, some items are made to order, please check availablility.
Freight charges
These will depend on destination, please check costs for destinations beyond normal UK Mainland. Items which show a 'regular' shipping charge are for UK destinations only, please ensure your address is registered correctly otherwise default prices will be entered. International rates are based on kilo rate and may vary form region to region even in the same country, to confirm costs, please ask for a rate and specify the full delivery address. We have many years experience in export and can offer various forms of delivery to suit your requirements, from small parcel to 40ft container.
Payment Gateways
We offer various forms of payment gateways:
Cheques or bank transfer- clearance is required before goods are despatched.
Paypal - We have to impose a 3% surcharge also we need a 'confirmed' delivery address, this method of payment can cause delays.
Online Credit Card - We have now integrated an encrypted system for online payment, Immediate despatch of goods, same or next working day, (subject to stock availability), cards are not charged until goods are about to be sent or if we are out of stock. Once the transaction is completed, all details are permanently erased.
International Sales
All international sales are made on the basis that any customs duties, taxes or other mandatory charges and controls are the responsibility of the purchaser. Elipse Group nor any of its subsidiaries will be held responsible for any matter outside their control. All sales are made on the information supplied by the customer. Exchange rate fluctuations may alter prices, this is out of our control and any Proforma agreement may be altered accordingly.
Warranty
All items carry a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase on a 'return to base' basis at the customers expense. If an item is returned to us within the 12 month period, and there is a fault in manufacturing the item will be returned to the manufacturer for further testing, and repaired or replaced accordingly.
Health and Safety
It is the responsibilty of users and purchasers from this site and the Elipse Group of companies to ensure that Health and Safety matters are observed and that gas moving , control and gas flame safety devices are fitted by a competent person. Under no circumstances can any goods correctly supplied, based on the information given be returned for credit or exchange.
